Return & Replacement Policy:

At Gizmore.in, we believe in providing our customers with the best shopping experience. In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product, we will be happy to replace it for you within 7 days of delivery.

Please note that the following conditions must be met to be eligible for a replacement:

  2. All tags, labels, and accessories should be intact.
  3. The product should not be damaged or tampered with in any way.

Please note that the replacement product will be dispatched to you only after we receive the defective product from your end.

 

Please note the following circumstances in which will not be replaced

  1. Customers are not happy with the look/sound quality.
  2. Physical damage not notified within 24 hours of receiving the product

 

Refund Policy:

As mentioned earlier, we do not offer refunds on any product purchased from Gizmore.in. However, in case the product that you received is out of stock, we will refund the entire amount paid by you.
